The village of Marari kulam is tucked away behind a line of dense palms
that rise like a sudden rampart of green out of the sands. Like all
villages, it has evolved naturally, in picturesque disorder.

Garden and Private Pool Villas Set in 25 acres of Coconut Palm groves leading
down the vast expanse of beach, it is built in the style of a traditional fishing
village with thatched villas. The 400 sq ft. spacious villas are air-conditioned
with twin or double beds, mini bar, coffee making facilities and delightfully
furnished veranda with ceiling fan. The bathrooms are spacious and modern, built
in traditional Kerala style with open air-courtyards, complete with banana or
Papaya tree. Each villa also has a small private garden area. The deluxe villa
has in additional a separate sitting area and its own private pool. The resort
provides the main buffet restaurant, bar and an amphitheatre where cultural
shows are performed. The Beach Shack set amongst the Coconut Palm fronting the
beach serves delicious fish and seafood.

Resident Doctor and a team of dedicated masseurs and therapists. Other

Village, Periyar LOCATION
Spice Village is in Kumily, a small settlement 3 kms from Thekkady, the
main entrance to the Periyar Tiger Reserve.

Travancore
Heritage LOCATION
Travancore Heritage is located just 23 kms from Trivandrum, the capital
city of the Indian state of Kerala, known as 'god's own country' in the
southern most part of India.
The nearest international airport is
Trivandrum. It is well connected with other parts of India as well as with
many major cities of the world. Trivandrum is also well connected through
Indian railways from all the important places in India and also by roadways
from neighboring states. The resort is situated by the side of the Kovalam -
Poovar road, and is only 40 minutes drive from the airport, 45 minutes from
railway station and bus station.

Pool Mansions: The Travancore Heritage has 2 pool mansion suites
with private pools set in independent villas, with air conditioned spacious
bed room, a drawing room and sit-out or verandah with rich period furniture
and all modern amenities of attached toilet with lavish fittings with 24
hours cold/hot water showers. It also has a private dip pool in open
back-yard, completely walled in for privacy. These suites are ideal for VIP
guests and honeymooners.
Heritage Villas: The Travancore
Heritage has 43 elegant air conditioned rooms in heritage villas with all
modern amenities like spacious toilets including garden baths with cold/hot
water showers, with comfortable furniture and smooth interior lights. A few
rooms with closed baths are also available. The amenities provided in all
the bedrooms include satellite TV, telephone (ISD), mini bar and coffee
maker.
Beach Grove: The beach grove block on the beach at
the foot of the 120 ft. cliff has 20 most modern rooms facing the sea. Lift
facility is available to move up and down different levels. Beach grove
offers the sophostication of luxury and warmth of tradition at every nook
and corner.
